FAQ – Budget Perfumes

1. How can I place an order?

You can order via phone, just call us on 0450 106 690. You can also place the order online directly and pay with any credit card, Paypal or After pay account.

2. What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards, Paypal and Afterpay as payment option at checkout. Please note all credit card orders are subject to verification either by phone or email.

3. Do you offer international shipping?

At this stage we do not offer international shipping

4. What is your return policy?

5. Can I track my order?

Yes you may track your order on Australia Post website as we only use Australia Post for shipping our orders. Just enter the tracking on the link below. https://auspost.com.au/mypost/track/#/search

6. Do you offer gift wrapping?

Yes we offer gift wrapping, just select the gift wrapping option when you place the order. Should you wish to include a card or a message with your item, please email us on hello@budgetperfumes.com.au your message and we will paste on a card.

7. What if the product I receive is damaged or defective?

We take utmost care to bubble wrap and include the perfume which is a solid box. So any damage in shipping by Australia Post, you will need to take the damaged product including the packaging it came in to the local Australia Post to claim the refund from them directly. This is the only process as stipulated by Australia Post.

8. Can I cancel my order after it's been placed?

You may cancel your order after it has been placed only if it has not been shipped. Please email us hello@budgetperfumes.com.au immediately to notify us that you wish to cancel the order. In the event order has been shipped and you wish to cancel, $20 return shipping fees will be deducted before refunding the order only if that parcel has been successfully recalled and returned to us by Australia Post.

10. Do you offer samples?

You can buy our 3ml samples if you are unsure of the fragrance. If you are buying a 50ml or a 100ml perfume and wish to try another perfume, please email us to request a sample of the perfume you wish to try and we will include the 3ml vial free of cost with your existing order.

11. Is my personal and payment information secure on your website?

Absolutely, all information is encrypted for your safety. Please read our privacy policy here.

12. Do you offer wholesale, bulk discounts?

Yes we most definitely can work out a wholesale price for you. Please email us here and let us know the quantity you are looking to purchase.

13. Do you offer Corporate and wedding gifts?

Corporate gifts: If you’re a company and wish to promote your brand with gifts to staff and supplier, consider our range of perfumes, customizable with your company logo and message. We offer pre-printed labels or custom engraving on each individual bottle, perfect for Corporate Awards events.
